My reviews are based on my experience with many products for more agility. Many of the reviews are for products that cost more than $100. This is because I can't test them without spending $1
Please note that I am NOT a health professional and this is NOT medical advice. Please see my disclaimer at the top of my page and use your own judgement. Some of these products were reviewed at this site: Agility Supplements. In case you don't know what an N2O supplement is (N2O stands for no-nitrogen), here is a quick explanation. An N2O supplement is a product which contains no nitrogen and is only to help increase your aerobic capacity. Now you might say, "How can I do this? I've read all my nutrition books and I'm a big fan of high-carbohydrate diets." The truth is, this is the wrong question. The question is, How can you improve your performance in the gym without adding a lot of protein to your diet and increasing your glycogen? I've written a lot of articles about this before, and I'm happy to share some of the answers. If you just want the "best" way to do this, just google the question "Does high-carbohydrate diets help improve performance in the gym?" and you'll see how many people will say, "Nope!" (The answer, of course, is NO.) So, the first thing I would suggest is to go read all of my reviews and see if they agree.
